David is the President of the Australian Society of Knowledge Management, he is on the Board of the Institute for Information Management and is a councillor on the ACT Chapter of AIPM. David is a founding member of the KM Global Network and lectures at the University of Canberra on Project Management, Information Systems and Knowledge Management Systems while pursuing a PhD on Social Capital.

Eric Tsui is the Associate Director of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre (KMIRC) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and Vice President of the Hong Kong Knowledge Management Society. He designed and launched PolyU’s first MOOC titled “Knowledge Management and Big Data in Business” on MIT’s edX platform.
