Vincent is the Program Director of the Ph.D. program in Knowledge Management and Innovation Management (KIM) at Bangkok University and the co-Founder and Managing Director of the South-East Asia branch of the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation (IKI-SEA hosted by Bangkok University.

David Williams

David is the President of the Australian Society of Knowledge Management, he is on the Board of the Institute for Information Management and is a councillor on the ACT Chapter of AIPM. David is a founding member of the KM Global Network and lectures at the University of Canberra on Project Management, Information Systems and Knowledge Management Systems while pursuing a PhD on Social Capital.
